2. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must hold valid operating authority, insurance, and licensing required to legally transport freight, where applicable.
• Clients are responsible for the safe and lawful operation of their vehicles and compliance with all DOT/FMCSA regulations.
• Clients must provide accurate information about their equipment, availability, and documentation.

3. Dispatch Fees

Any dispatch fees, percentage rates, or service charges will be agreed upon directly with your dispatcher before service begins. Fee terms may vary by client and service level.

4. No Guarantee of Loads or Rates

While we work to secure consistent, well-paying freight, Shipping Wish LLC does not guarantee a specific volume of loads, rates, or delivery timelines, as these depend on market conditions, broker availability, and other factors outside our control.

5. Account Registration

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shipping Wish LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including delays, cargo claims, or broker/shipper disputes, except as otherwise required by applicable law or a separate written agreement.

7. Termination

Either party may end the dispatch relationship at any time with reasonable notice. We may suspend or terminate access to the website or services for violation of these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Shipping Wish LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
